THREE DIMENSIONAL MEASURING MACHINES USING COMPUTER VISION
Our new generation of contactless three dimensional measurement machines based on conoscopic holographic computer vision technology can measure 20,000 points per second with ±1µm accuracy.
Because of the co-linearity of the laser beam, it is possible to measure complex geometries, the depth of holes, cavities and intersections of holes that are impossible to measure using other vision or contact technologies.
Measurement is done without clamping or positioning the part. The device searches the part, identifies reference points and automatically begins measuring.
It is managed with simple and intuitive software that can use the 3D drawing of the part to programme the features to measure.
It can also be installed in a laboratory or integrated into automatic processes in a production plant.
