Compact machines for surface inspection of forgings and castings. We can measure cold or at the outlet of the forging press. The system can be prepared for manual feeding or in-line integration or for upstream bin picking. It inspects and segregates parts automatically based on defined criteria, using analytical layers and a machine learning layer.
TYPES OF DEFECTS
The main defects to be detected are pores, lack of material, excess material or scavenging, folds, cracks and burrs. Optionally, an OCR module can be installed for marking recognition.
