Sending and saving personal data

Even though the content on the Website is appropriate for all age groups, requesting information can only be done by persons of legal age. Consequently, if a minor wishes to send personal data they must have permission from their parents or legal guardian to do so and the contact details of one of them must be specified.
Data is collected for the purposes of responding to requests the User contacted CIN ADVANCED SYSTEMS, S.L. for as well as providing our products and services and may in some events result in a business relationship.
Insofar as Users provide their email or mobile telephone number, they authorise it to be used as a method of contact and for providing business related information related to consulting or request or with the activities of the company, however, the aforementioned authorisation may be revoked at any time.

Exercising the rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition
Users, or their legal representative, can exercise their right to access, correct, cancel and oppose their data by sending their request to CIN ADVANCED SYSTEMS, S.L., Olaran 14 – 2B 20500 Arrasate, Gipuzkoa or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject “LOPD Derechos A.R.C.O.” on the subject line.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998 of 19 January from the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Users must verify their identity by sending a photocopy of their National Identification Card or any other legally valid means.
In the event Users believe their rights have not been properly addressed, they (or their legal representative) can contact the monitoring authority for this issue (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
